At our center, youth actively participate in a wide variety of sports and team-building activities designed to promote physical health, cooperation, and confidence. Popular sports include volleyball, football, basketball, dodgeball, and soccer, along with dynamic group games that build teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Structured Sessions That Support Growth
We offer a structured schedule that keeps youth engaged, active, and learning throughout the day:

  • Afterschool Days: Up to 5 activity sessions per day (with 6 sessions on Thursdays during Junior Youth and Teen Nights)
  • Non-School Days: Up to 8 activity sessions throughout the day
  • Each session lasts 1 hour, including 30–45 minutes of guided facilitation and 15–30 minutes for setup, cleanup, and transitions between activities
